Shift Managers at Chick-fil-A Federal Way are responsible for day to day task management of restaurant systems, engaging and solving customer concerns and issues, and the supervision of team member shifts and duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Managing day to day cash responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily inventory needs

  • Engaging and resolving customer complaints

  • Owning and managing daily, weekly and monthly goals

  • Managing day to day business activities, shift organization and restaurant needs

  • Managing team member performance and staffing needs

  • Executing catering orders and unique customer needs 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Aptitude in resolving Guest and Team Member concerns

  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certified

  • Expertise in maintaining all daily financial and food records

  • Organize Team Members to ensure a remarkable Guest Experience

  • Problem solver

  • Proficient in Team Member scheduling and shift coverage

  • Training, learning, and mastering the advanced elements of your role

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
